It also carries a new responsibility: building, directing, and holding accountable a team of AI agents that extend the CEO's and the firm's operating capacity.

What you'll do

Act as Chief of Staff to the CEO: manage priorities, drive follow-ups, and ensure execution across the firm.
Design, deploy, and directly manage a team of AI agents supporting the CEO and firm-wide operations: research, compliance workflows, investor communications, and internal reporting.
Set and enforce quality and oversight standards for agentic work, so agent output meets the same bar as human work.
Translate the CEO's intent into structured, executable workstreams for both people and agents.
Represent the CEO in select internal and external interactions, with full discretion.

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, management consultant, or in a similarly high-leverage operating role.
Hands-on experience deploying or managing AI agents / agentic workflows in a real business setting, not just personal experimentation.
Exceptional judgment, discretion, and written communication.
Comfort operating in a flat organization with direct access to firm leadership and no layers of process to hide behind.
