The role carries the traditional responsibilities of a Chief of Staff: operating as a direct extension of the CEO, driving follow-through across the firm, and keeping every priority moving. It also carries a new responsibility: building, directing, and holding accountable a team of AI agents that extend the CEO's and the firm's operating capacity.
